Just an absolutely shocking company!
The worst hosting company i have ever dealt with. Their support is shocking and their mistakes cost me thousands. Somehow they destroyed a server containing about 2500 account by tying to install ionCube loaders?? Just an absolutely shocking company!

I have been with Hivelocity for about 3 years. In all that time, service has only improved. Like anyone, I have had a few issues but they were quickly resolved by a competent team of service engineers. Add to that the fact that my service price has never increased, and I can without reservation recommend this company to anyone that has the simple requirement that their box work.

Not-Recommended!!!
After reading positive reviews I decided to become a client. So far BIG mistake. My domain is down pending server availability. They promised me it would be up late last night, so here I am at 5 AM asking them where the server is. At the end of the conversation the customer service rep. hangs up. Rude, unnecessary and another BIG mistake.

As a client of Hivelocity for nearly 2 years now , I can tell you I feel like a family member and not a number like some other companies. They have always been polite and forthcoming in their responses to issues. The network is top notch , and with their recent addition of the Fcp it has gotten even better.
