I just want to echo the sentiments of the positive reviewer on here.

I have submitted probably over 100 support tickets in my 5+ years with Acenet. All of my questions have always been answered within 5-10 minutes, even on Sunday nights or VERY late weeknights!

Any time i have had a problem, or i was confused about configuring something, the representatives have gone out of their way to help me get it right. This kind of support is unheard of, even outside of the webhosting service industry.

In terms of downtime, i have experienced it maybe twice in 5+ years. It has never caused me much concern.

I would not consider switching to another host just for the customer service alone. This company deserves recognition.
