Lack of ownership for problems they create.
I used these guys for 4+ years, and don't why I didn't switch sooner. DItto to the reviews on scripts breaking, inability to keep customers notified of changed that will predictably bring their sites down, and lack of ownership for problems they create.

Not Recommended....
I have been for lunarpages for a year. I had a problem with the speed of drupal. And they Upgrade my plan for free.

They helped me fast and the customer service was wery good and polite in all issues. But I had some downtime, and suddenly my site where down without any reason.

After that I desided to quit my plan. I have also used hostgator before .I think I am going to use hostgator now, even though the speed is worse,because realiability is more important for me than speed.

Terrible Hosting!!!
Been with them for 4 years and now having issues with servers down, no notification to customers when there are going to be service breaks, plus the IPs are being blacklisted which means someone is spamming out of their servers and the rest of us shared hosts get punished.
