I still haven't gotten the refund yet!
Its best to call 2 or 3 times to ensure that you get the same answer. The CS staff is terribly under-trained. On the positive side, the technical CS that helped me set up my account was great.
CS is very inconsistent....I'm on call #3 to cancel my FREE 7 day SEO trial (which I have since been charged $50) for. First call they told me the trial would automatically expire, then next 2 call are go get the refund (no refunds per NWS policy)-- It needs to be escalated. Can you believe it.
They make the mistake, charge me, and I have to make 2 calls to get the refund. I still haven't gotten the refund yet! Maybe I will have to call back in 2 business days. Frustrating.
