Sounds like this is one of those customers you just don't want to deal with at all.

On the contrary, I signed up for Photon VPS just over a month ago, and have had absolutely zero issues with things at all.They had my VPS setup almost instantly, even WITH DA (as opposed to others who've taken days to even setup DA). The network is reliable, the system is decent.

Terrible Hosting...
I just had a bad experience with them. I paid for a month of service and 5 days later they accused me of using the VPS (which was installed by themselves) to abuse, suspended the service and refused to refund my money.

I only had 5 instances of metatrader running there. I chose them based on this page, so now I leave the comment about my experience

Great Support!!
So far so good. Server performance is excellent - the hardware they are using for the VPS machines are well specced, and appear to have very high performing disk mounted. Support tickets are responded to quickly, any time of the day or night.

The only concern I have is that in response to a slightly unusual request to reconfigure my Xen VPS, I was initially told that they didn't think what I wanted done was technically possible.

After a bit of discussion with the technician, I was asked to supply some configuration information to complete my request, which I couldn't possibly provide without having root access to the host (dom0) machine.

I use the service of photonvps for really not very long time, about several months, but yet I never thought of changing the hosting.
